Working as a Mediator and business developer for German NGOs and private enterprises for around 9 years in Dubai and Doha enriched my expertise in building bridges and fining linkages and mutual interests between diverse people and enterprises coming from different cultural and structural backgrounds. 

I have learned to appreciate the diversity brought along when working in multicultural teams and Iam convinced that the impact of merging diverse talents has only proven profitability and outstanding performances. 

This experience gained from my professional path as well as my own personal diverse background enriched my career as a coach and consultant in communication and intercultural competences 

In my seminars and workshops I enhance and empower teams to acknowledge the synergy effect of their work through their combined gifts and assist them to discover new opportunities within change processes.
